Available for hire only - please select your preference to return item. Product hire is subject to availability. If not available we will offer alternate solution or full refund. (Balloons are yours to keep).

Item can be packed down into smaller pieces and is recommended to be placed on a flat flooring indoors. Delivery service includes door to door service - if access restrictions apply please meet staff at the door. If picking prop up from studio or moving at delivery location please use appropriate OHS to move the prop at own risk.

HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

$100 bond is charged when selecting pick up service or if you are returning prop to our studio after event. If you require us to pick up your prop after use, a pick up fee will be charged based on location and time. Pick up time and date must be confirmed & paid prior to delivery. If returning prop to our studio it must be returned by the following Thursday or bond will not be returned. If prop is returned damaged, bond may not be refunded. Invoice for surcharges will be sent after order has been received. Payment is required in full before service is provided. If pick up service is requested after delivery has been made a last minute $50 fee will incur on top of regular pick up fee.

Balloon Colour Chart

Balloons are available to be picked up from our Studio in Menai, Sutherland Shire Sydney. A standard SUV can hold approximately up to 2.5m with the seats down (no children's seats). We recommend for larger Garlands to select Local Delivery or pick up in a van.

After adding products to your cart, at checkout select your preference from Local Delivery (Sydney), Pick Up from our Studio or Shipping (postage - only available for deflated products). Select time and date that suits your requirement needs. Air-filled balloons can last up to a week in a protective bag if delivery is not available on your event day. Helium Balloons are recommended to be delivered the day of your event (especially 30cm balloons, jumbos can last a little longer).

Delivery service does not include installation, props or event setup- please use the 'Book an Event Stylist' Form for an installation quote. Local Delivery service may be provided by a third party. Inflated balloons are not available for Shipping - please see our packaged DIY Kit option.

We only use premium quality rubber latex balloons which are 100% sustainable and 100% biodegradable when disposed of correctly. Send your popped balloons back to us and we will ensure they are disposed of correctly through our Balloon Recycling Program.
